The remedy I'm seeing in the pop-up ads here at USMB and elsewhere is for gay guys to be open and honest about their HIV status with each other. That's the remedy the CDC has prescribed to a population famous for promiscuous anonymous sex with other men.

Let that sink in for a minute. This subpopulation has all the symptoms of childhood molestation, from studies done with the CDC's own money, complete with rampant signs of mental illness co-morbid. And the CDC's solution to this problem is "stark honesty within the suffering patients themselves"?

Wow. Abysmal FAIL. Here is what the CDC already knows about the gay male population: the singular most affected population in the US from our AIDS epidemic:

So this is the population that the CDC is now trusting to stem the epidemic, by being honest with each other. Let me remind people here who don't know. A good family friend of ours was molested as a boy by a man, grew up with compulsive gay sexual behaviors while still falling in love with women. In an uncured vendetta-stew of mental illness with all the symptoms listed in the above quote, he went out after he was predictably infected with HIV, to have as much anonymous sex with as many partners as possible in order to manifest a subconscious desire to "get even" with "those who did this to me". Hundreds or perhaps thousands [he was sick for years before he had obvious symptoms and died] were "murdered" in this way.

I predict the CDC's strategy is going to fail the public. Everyone there involved with HIV prevention should be fired. And "regular testing"? Yeah, mentally ill people are FAMOUS for getting regular health checkups on their own volition.

This isn't rocket science. The disease is running ahead of the public's willingness to be honest about what makes it's main vectors tick.

Take the best men among us and ask them to "get honest that they have HIV"...even with their family of origin. That's a huge step even to disclose to blood kin. And you expect them to trust literal strangers not to blab to their own community about their status so that the end result is they won't get laid as much compulsively? That's like asking a heroin addict to be sure to spread the word that he stiffs his dealers and then him expecting that community to extend him credit when he really needs a fix but doesn't have the money at the time.

No promiscuous gay man has a single ounce of compassionate incentive to be honest about his HIV status.

Oh OK. AIDS isn't a joke though. Lost a friend to it. Talk about a slow and agonizing way to die. And it wasn't even like he wanted to be gay. He was molested as a kid and then on had a compulsive homosexual fixation. He still fell intellectually in love with women as he grew up. It was a very sad situation and not at all uncommon within the "gay" male community. His untreated mental wounds and subsequent promoscuity led him predictably to contract HIV. He died from it of course, but not before he'd infected purposefully [we found out later] hundreds or even thousands of other men just like him.

So this is why I posted this thread in part. To illustrate how ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS the CDC campaign is of warning gay men to be honest with each other and get tested regularly. Honesty and self-care are nearly absent in people engaged in deep stages of repressed toxic events and the compulsive behaviors resulting from them!

It's like the CDC program on the HIV/AIDS epidemic's policy is "we're just doing nothing at all to confront the underlying reasons for the increasing spread of HIV". The last institution that should have its head in the sand about HIV/AIDS is the CDC. I STONGLY URGE an internal review of who is running that outfit. Let's say I won't die of shock to learn it too has been infiltrated with the homosexual PR-machine...

The loonies really are running the asylum. And this means we all will be at a real and palpable risk. This fact is further exacerbated by the fact that some militant homosexual "activists" have prescribed infecting as many of the heterosexual population as possible with HIV so that "they will find a cure". Conspiracy theories within the gay culture say that HIV is a hetero invention to "kill the gays". And if enough of them aim to get even with their paranoid theory, it could cause really big problems for all of us.

Just makes you wonder if this is what's behind the CDC's ludicroucs and transparently-anemic prescription for "stemming the HIV/AIDS epidemic"...

There is no such thing as "gay male monogamy". It is a fable, a myth that doesn't exist. Even when they claim to be in long term committed relationships, they are both going out behind each other's backs and having "quickies". Most of them have an understanding of this between them. I even know of one such gay male couple who brought an underaged teen boy into their home as a sort of live-in twink they both could use when they tired of each other's graying old bodies. They think this is the safe way to go about their compulsions. However as luck would have it, I happen to know the kid and other gays who know him. They say that even in their very permissive culture on the sly outside these two aging males home he is considered a "depraved slut".

So these two perverted old men are going to have HIV in their lives no matter how well they think they've prepared not to have it.

It's because they're being RAPED by homosexual AIDS carriers, often in the human trafficking and porn trades.

My friend wasn't born being molested by an adult male. It HAPPENED to him after-the-fact. His resulting compulsive behavior of untreated mental illness from being a child victim of sexual-assault was not "born that way". And it's RAMPANT IGNORANCE of the homosexual etiology that is causing this epidemic to spread without treating the underlying causation.

Read this study from the CDC itself and pay close attention to their use of the words "pervasive" and "epidemic"...for the CDC does not generally use these terms lightly...

The fact that if you're a gay male, you are almost-certainly to have been molested as a boy by an older male, combined with all the other co-morbid manifestations of these untreated mental wounds, means you are the one person on earth LEAST capable of making rational decisions when it comes to protecting yourself and others who suffer the same compulsive behaviors with you. This is why the CDC's "HIV/AIDS program" is a titanic-FAIL.

The homosexual faction that has almost-certainly infiltrated the CDC's branch of HIV/AIDS programs has, outside known psychological tools and longstanding knowledge, decided to declare that the problem isn't that these boys were molested...their position is that "these boys were properly imprinted" and that it is "society's fault for judging their artificial-sexual-orientation" and not the fault of the original perpetrator and the crime done to them.

The equivalent would be to groom society to teach female rape victims to "embrace their promiscuity" [a common symptom of survivors] and what was done to them "as beautiful".
