I heard a valid argument that Socialist countries fail because we, the US, make them fail by sanctioning them.They had a very good economy with Chavez as a Socialist country, until we planted the bomb to impose sanctions on that economy, to give the false impression that it was Socialism that caused these woes. This is really the nuts and bolts of the problem with our country. This poster accidentally pointed it out. We think we are the world, and the rest of the world is at our mercy by what decisions we make for the countries we take over. We create chaos in various countries at the expense of their people to create further enrichment and control for ours. Central and South America being prime example.
Look what we did to Venezuela and are still doing today. We punished them for years because they were a socialist country, while Chavez gave the country their best years through him. And now that he is gone, we decide to blame Socialism on their problems today, when it is really the sanctions we imposed as a punishment for them having a Socialist country. Now people are going hungry. This is our doing. This is our making. And this is why we have a refugee problem, more than an illegal immigrant problem. And yet, the Right has its own hate and selfishness as its own defense. You folks are some sick puppies.
