And yet even by the most constricted interpretation of the 158 laws the Supreme Court has over the years struck down at the Federal level, 2 were Commerce. In order to be UNPRECEDENTED that number would need to be NONE.

Or perhaps you can find another way to spin it, since Obama never said Commerce at all?
