Caitlin Clark becomes the NCAA Basketball all time leading scorer.

"Two weeks after she broke the record for women, Caitlin Clark has become NCAA Division I basketball’s overall top scorer, period.
The Iowa Hawkeyes star went into Sunday's game against the Ohio State Buckeyes needing 18 points to break “Pistol Pete” Maravich's record of 3,667 career points, which stood for more than 50 years. And with a second-quarter free throw, she became the top-scoring player — man or woman — in NCAA basketball history."

Caitlin Clark can shoot!
She's a good player. It's just not as impressive in the women's game. It just isnt. Outside the fact that the talent in the women's game isn't even close to as good as the men's, anyone who's really any good plays a year maybe 2 in the NCAA. Congrats to Clark but she's not the all-time leading scorer in all of NCAA basketball, because she's not competing against the NCAA level competition. Good HS boy's teams would run an all-star women's NCAA team off the court.

Indiana will draft her.....and then she's playing on the perpetual cellar team.

If the NCAA wants to combine womens records with men, then they need to do it in every category.
In that case, there would not be many womens records

Maravich set his record in three seasons because Freshmen were not allowed to play varsity.

And Pearl Moore would be the all time scoring leader. A record that still stands after 45 years, hundreds of point more than anyone else.

This is like Cleveland having 6 NFL championships. While technically true no one cares because it happened before the sport really became a thing. You'll notice that Clark holds the NCAA record not the record this woman holds which is per your article the AIAW record. So no Mrs. Moore is not the real NCAA women's career scoring champ.

If this female was playing the men that Maravich played against she would have never gotten off the bench to score any points
No shit Sherlock.
Which poster was it that said CC could compete with the men?
I did?

She scored all her goals against inferior competition
And Babe Ruth collected all his stats playing against inferior competition.

She is as much as Clark is over Pistol Pete.

Not in the slightest. Each are great in their own category. You all sound goofy when you try to compare them.

Ruth, if he played post 1970, would be about twenty points career wise lower. The homer for the same about of games as he played them would be about the same.

But don't compare or criticize things that can't be prepared. You sound like Biden, potato.
