Outside the fact that the talent in the women's game isn't even close to as good as the men's, anyone who's really any good plays a year maybe 2 in the NCAA. Congrats to Clark but she's not the all-time leading scorer in all of NCAA basketball, because she's not competing against the NCAA level competition. Good HS boy's teams would run an all-star women's NCAA team off the court.

Oh and it is. If Clark were good enough she could play against the men. I don’t think there is a rule against women playing men’s basketball. Black players weren’t kept from the MLB because they weren’t good enough.
