    This really isn't unprecedented, but do you blame McCain for keeping the President at arms length?

    Unless McCain enjoys losing, keeping Bush far away is a smart move.

    Smartest move McCain has made in this election was to run away from Bush with the quickness.

    Seriously, if there is one thing McCain has done right this Campaign is keeping Bush pretty far back on the sideline.
