Bureau of Land Management vs Robert "LaVoy" Finicum, and the US Constitution

YO COCKSUCKER

PROVIDE A LINK OR SHUT THE FUCK UP

.

That's all you've got is a crass insult. Boy you ARE a mental midget. You need me to boil the myriad of source material out there down to "a link". Of course that explains why you're such an idiot about these topics - you are incapable of doing your own thoughtful research. Read the Oregon constitution, or find some sources describing the process and requirements that the western states went through. You probably just write off any source other than infowars as biased (ultimate irony) and buy into the drivel of the deranged mind that runs it.

In fact it occurs to me that you probably just have an undiagnosed mental illness. Did it ever occur to you to see a doctor about your mental health? I bet you find a pattern much broader than you political views if you honestly look at your life.

I HAVE ALREADY POSTED THAT OREGON WAS ADMITTED TO THE UNION IN AN EQUAL FOOTING WITH THE ORIGINAL 13 COLONIES.

NONE OF THOSE COLONIES WAS REQUIRED TO GIVE UP LAND IN ORDER TO BECOME STATE SO NEITHER DID OREGON.

QUIT SWALLOWING CUM , IT AFFECTS YOUR INTELLECT.

.
And you intentionally misstate what equal footing was, and has been, intended to mean.

Section 1. Announcement of admission; boundaries of state; jurisdiction of river cases. That Oregon be, and she is hereby, received into the Union on an equal footing with the other States in all respects .

So you stupid fuck , provide a link to a historical site stating that Oregon was not admitted on an equal footing with the 13 original colonies. I DO NOT want to read your bullshit opinion.

.

Read Section 3. Where it goes into elaborate detail about all the land sold to the Federal Government.

So, provide a link stating that Oregon didn't sell the land to the federal government outlined in Section 3 of the very document you're citing.

YOU MISERABLE GOVERNMENT LACKEY:

HISTORY: (aa) The Harney Basin (where the Hammond ranch is established) was settled in the 1870’s. The valley was settled by multiple ranchers and was known to have run over 300,000 head of cattle. These ranchers developed a state of the art irrigated system to water the meadows, and it soon became a favorite stopping place for migrating birds on their annual trek north.
(ab) In 1908 President Theodor Roosevelt, in a political scheme, create an “Indian reservation” around the Malheur, Mud & Harney Lakes and declared it “as a preserve and breeding ground for native birds”. Later this “Indian reservation” (without Indians) became the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge."

Yeah, that's not Section III of the very document you're citing, where the sale of the land to the federal government was extensively listed. Or a link stating that Oregon didn't sell the land to the federal government outlined in Section 3 of the very document you're citing.

Provide the link. Or admit you've got jack shit.

That's the part that's funny. The ranchers are whining because they are allowed to use the land for about 1/10th market rates. Insisting that they should be able to graze cattle on the land for free.

They don't want to buy the land, mind you. They just want to use it in exchange for nothing.

Why not charge ranchers market rate for their use of federal land? We could let the market decide.

Wow Cuntum. So basically your argument consists of trying to re-litigate at the force of arms all of these old Supreme court rulings that were decades ago lost, not to mention a Civil War to decide States Rights vs. Federal Supremacy.

You don't have a legal leg to stand on - you and your ilk might as well admit it to yourself and the rest of us - you're just traitors to the constitution. You don't like the results of the system of courts that the founding fathers set up and you want to overthrow it.

Oregon Standoff: Federal Land Grab vs. the Sagebrush Rebellion

The occupation of the headquarters of the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge in Harney County, Oregon by a small group of armed protesters represents a new and confrontational tactic in the Sagebrush Rebellion–the decades old struggle of Western ranchers against federal control of state lands. While the majority of rancher disputes are against the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) the US Fish and Wildlife Service has been just as ruthless–in this case expanding the wildlife refuge at the expense of neighboring ranchers. This week I’ll detail the struggle of the Hammond family, and of Ammon Bundy the protest leader.
When you read the litany of federal abuse of ranching families, you will better understand why some ranchers are staging an armed resistance. I also give some suggestions on how this can be resolved peacefully.

The continuous criminal enterprise continues to slaughter Americans , perpetrate treason against the Constitution while the narcotized populace pick their collective noses and propel and avowed socialist to the Whitehouse.

For shame

That "litany" is bullshit.

They can't back up their claims with any, you know, documents, facts, reality.

We all wipe our collective ass with their claims of a 'litany' of abuse.

That was easy. Instead of a "version", I'm providing a link to the series of letters between the Commissioner of Indian Affairs and President Grant and President Grant's response to create the Indian Reserves. Included are the exact location and boundaries. Also included is the letter that formally created the reservation. These are the kind of documents used by real historians to write real histories instead of that garbage you posted from the Clive Bundy blog.

You asked for evidence and I provided indisputable evidence. Your response is to ask for evidence on a different topic, one that leads to a Bundy/Sovereign Citizen claim and concept that native Americans lost their lands fair and square. Courts and history have proved that to be untrue. I am not interested in running around in circles helping someone chasing predetermined conclusions. Everyone knows that native American tribes got fleeced and robbed at the behest of special interest, including ranchers in Washington State. and the region around Malheur. The country has attempted to pay back native American tribes for the long list of injustices against them. One of the ways has been to allow the native Americans access to and limited use of their ancestral lands for cultural and religious purposes when the lands are protected on government owned lands such as the lands at the Malheur Refuge and surrounding government-owned properties.

If you want to make a case about why special interest should be allowed to once again steal public owned or native-owned property, go ahead and try.

Not going to play your amateur game. Native Americans of the Willamette or any other tribes ever requested that treaties be broken or unilaterally revoked and you know that. Do your own research on the details of why a specific tribe lost their lands and link it to whatever point it is you are trying to make.
You are the one who got called out for posting a Clive Bundy created history and tried to present it as factual. I provided a link to a review that debunked it and a further link to support that debunking. It is your turn to provide support for the nonsense debunked garbage you posted. The question you are asking now is contained in a link already provided in the debunking article and the link of the President Grant letters. You just haven't read them, have poor reading comprehension or choose to ignore them.

EXACTLY.

T Roosevelt concocted a scam to steal lands using the Bureau of Indian Affairs.

Wrong again. Why do you pretend to know anything about this topic? It is obvious your knowledge is limited to what you have seen at the right wing blog sites and avoided even sources like Wikipedia or neutral and objective histories.
The land that Roosevelt turned into a wildlife refuge had nothing to do with the BIA.
Here are the primary sources of where and how that land became a National Wildlife Refuge. It had been stolen from the Paiute, pillaged by Range Barons with the help of corrupt government and left as an environmental disaster when Roosevelt decided to rescue the area.

Now produce EVIDENCE that the Williamette tribes, reside at the Malheur, Mud & Harney Lakes Reservation and that they originally requested that the Bureau of Indian Affairs become involved.

.

STFU

The Malheur Indian Reservation was an Indian reservation established for the Northern Paiute in eastern Oregon and northern Nevada from 1872 to 1879. The federal government "discontinued" the reservation after the Bannock War of 1878, under pressure from European-American settlers who wanted the land, a negative recommendation against continuing it by its agent William V. Rinehart, the internment of more than 500 Paiute on the Yakama Indian Reservation, and reluctance of the Bannock and Paiute to return to the lands after the war."

OK, your name calling mixed with you ignorance and persistent posting of factually incorrect Bundy propaganda are getting a bit old. Your post does not address the post or topic. You said Roosevelt used the BIA. Indian Reservation lands to create the wildlife refuge. I showed you were wrong, again, and you just posted a post admitting you were wrong. Yet you declare I am the stupid fuck. Go look in the mirror.

I'm going to be offline for a while. I have decided to go into ranching. I need to be in California when the cattle trucks arrive. I have decided to graze them in Yosemite Valley

How is your post even remotely related to your claim that Roosevelt concocted a scam to steal lands from the Bureau of Indian Affairs in 1908, which was the post that I responded too that put you into your meltdown of using large font and name calling? All your bullcrap is just a deflection from answering the original question. All your speculations and claims have been systematically proven to be wrong and based on right wing nonsense you got from you original posting from a Clive Bundy blog.
You just don't want to concede that you use garbage sources to backup your Sovereign Citizen nut job claims.
