WW is one of those asshole non-government experts that frequent message-boards providing so-called expert testimony to counter all of the rumors going around on social media. And your desire to ignore that Summary Judgement was requested by BOTH Trump and the AG.

This goes back to earlier in the thread about those complaining the Judge ruled via Summary Judgement without a trial. Yes he did, because BOTH parties requested a Summary Judgement. And at the end of the day he only ruled on 1 of 7 complaints, referring the other 6 to the trial which is in process. (IIRC closing arguments are in January.)

The fact that Trumps request was denied, does not change the fact he asked for it.
