He himself said that in Israel there are no civilians worthy of any kind of protection, therefor there could not be war crimes against Israeli civilians whatsoever.

This was the chance to end the conflict. Hamas has even launched more rockets after the proposed cease-fire. Code Red in several places in Israel.
It's now Israel's task to destroy Hamas. Diplomacy just doesn't work with those groups.
