Blacks Not Supporting Latinos on Immigration Issue

Thanks for posting the informative article from the Christian Science Monitor, D'ster. Wonder if anyone in Washington will read it. Sure does give short shrift to the argument that the illegals are only doing work that Americans won't do. Blacks should be taking a more assertive stance on this issue and making their voices heard since it is their jobs that the Latinos are taking. They are a large voting bloc and could do a lot to see that the government takes into consideration first and foremost the needs of American citizens (like having a job to support themselves and their families) when making immigration policy.
