Fact is, besides homeless junkies, there just isn't a lot of white guys in LA that are willing to try their luck in the jail, so you don't see a lot of street-level crime from whites there. White dudes from black or latino gangs, sure..but there aren't very many of those compared to black & latino gang members. The problem in LA is gangs, bums & drugs. The gang culture there is so entrenched, many people think I am joking when I say almost everyone is in a gang in SC & East LA..I'm not. Go to any gang neighborhood there, the bums are usually disgraced OG's from that same neighborhood.
