Your assumptions are not proof. The biggest difference is a lot of blacks make excuses for blacks being arrested, while very few whites excuse whites, or anyone, for being arrested. If you are guilty, you should do the time. Just because there were more injustices in blacks being incarcerated in the PAST, does not make it so now, and there is zero proof.

Actually we have been complaining since we got to these shores about the unjust Justice System that black folks have to deal with. You commit the most crimes and are given probation and parole while black men are locked up for the same crime.

More assumptions. Not apples to apples. Not all judges will be the same, some dole out harsher sentences. It’s very probable that those who do get lengthier sentences are repeat offenders. You can’t possibly know every detail related to every arrest.

Yes, it's obvious not nearly enough blacks and latinos have been arrested; the murder and crime rates are still way too high. Over 50 killed in Chicago over the weekend, alone. Every credible study of criminal behavior, and especially those studies that focus on ad hominem crime (homicide, aggravated assault, robbery, etc.) concludes that Blacks and Hispanics commit those crimes at rates far, far higher than the minority "white" folks in California/America. As someone who has lived in both majority black & latino areas of LA in the past & with strong family ties to the city, I can tell you the reason why that is...is they are almost all gang members. How active they are varies, but it is almost mandatory to join the neighborhood gang in places like South Central & East LA, like a rite of passage. Around 12 is usually when they get jumped in, they call it "jumping off the porch"..often are forced to commit crimes to stay in good standing.
