Bill Would Criminalize Abortions After Rape As 'Tampering With Evidence'

I overlooked your link stating that "she will change the language of the bill to make it clear she is referring to a rapist who coerces the victim to have an abortion, not the victim" - because her bizarre original language clearly places rape victims in great legal jeopardy. Let's hope it's true - and the woman isn't really bonkers.

If the rape victim will be sued for tampering the evidence, it will be another burden for her. Another thing is, it is also like forcing the woman to carry the child that is the effect of raping her. It is very important to take the insight of the victim because she is affected not just emotionally but also physically. They must also respect on what will be the rape victim will decide because it's not just an issue of tampering the evidence but respect also to the victim.
