IMHO, Joe Biden is mentally damaged. What comes out of his mouth is pretty much always not what he was supposed to say, and I don't believe he realizes what he says is incorrect. And the WH people have to walk back most of what he says, which makes it obvious that he's not mentally able to do the job. This man ought to be in a home somewhere being cared for; the presidency is way beyond his capabilities but the democrats will not force him out for political reasons until after the elections.
