Bbq

I like those 'food' shows where they visit the BBQ masters who all have their own combinations of types wood and types of smokers and sauces vs rubs and all that. Seems like it gets to be a pretty complicated science/art at the higher levels.
 
I smoked a pork shoulder last night..today I'm pulling it and adding barbecue sauce..

We're having pulled pork on homemade rolls w/homemade slaw..

I have made slaw like 2x in my life, but if I do say so, this batch is particularly yummmy.
