1/2 Currency exchange rates with the horde , a roundup of major currency rates against the crashing Ruble - and why this matters. Context: A countries currency value is an indicator of the health of it’s economy. A general view it that if a country is exporting lots of goods and services, that creates a demand for the #currency, and providing the country isn’t printing and circulating more of it’s currency - the value of the currency rises. If there is no demand for the currency, because there isn’t sufficient export and trade to stimulate the demand, or other countries won’t deal in your currency - then the value of the currency falls. the horde is a net exporter traditionally, there was a strong demand for its main exports of oil and gas before the illegal and murderous invasion of Ukraine. So how has the #Ruble performed over the past year against other main currencies? #USD / Ruble 🐐🇷🇺 12 Months DEVALUED 62% (Up from 59 Rubles per USD to 97 per USD) 6 Months DEVALUED 33% #Euro / Ruble 12 Months DEVALUED 75% (Up from 60 Rubles per Euro to 106 Rubles per Euro) 6 Months DEVALUED 36% #Chinese Yuan / Ruble 12 Months -DEVALUED 53% (Up from 8.8 Yuan to 13.5 Yuan to the Ruble) 6 Months DEVALUED 28% #IndianRupee / Ruble 12 Months DEVALUED 58% (Up from 0.75 Rupees per Ruble to 1.17 Rupees per Ruble) 6 Months DEVALUED 33% Next: why the Rubles decline matters in these 4 main currencies

A " country " (ulus /empire ) with a GDP less than 7 percent than that of the U.S. trying to play the superpower is a fool's errand. ...

Did you bother to watch the video? Russia is selling less petroleum products in total and instead of highly profitable refined fuels, its selling cheap crude oil AND having to cut the price of even that well below international crude oil market prices. It not only has lost its profitable markets in the West, it has been reduced to the position of a traditional colony; selling raw materials at a low price and buying finished products at a high price. China and India are laughing all the way to the bank buying cut rate Russian crude and selling Russia’s former customers refined petroleum products at market rate. Russia has to shut down its refineries which costs money, and will have to spend even more to repair and restart them whenever the western sanctions are lifted. IF they are ever lifted.

Russia's GDP in 2022 was almost double that of the UK. And the UK amongst the present world countries being at peace, certainly still is a superpower in regards to military issues.
Even so far under extreme circumstances in June 2023, Russia's GDP shows a 2.3% increase to 2022.

Furthermore, neither Putin nor the Russian Federation has ever claimed to be an economic superpower - you Troll.

The US defense budget for 2023 is around US$ 820 Billion - that of China is around US$ 280 Billion
However a burger, soda and fries cost around US$ 14.- in the major US cities - whilst in e.g. Shanghai and Beijing the same costs around US$ 4.50.- and in Moscow presently US$3.-

Sell oil, sell gold, sell the ruble

RU-trolls in the all comment section claiming the economy doing best as ever lol There are thousands of videos of ordinary citizens from the horde talking about the freefall of the rouble. The war economy is the only thing that keeps the country running at this point, but can't last forever
