Man Beaten by Cop in Viral Jaywalking Video, Beaten AGAIN, Stripped Naked, & Mocked by Cops

Del Paso Heights, CA — Dashcam video of an incident the Free Thought Project reported earlier this month shows just how far police are willing to go to extort people for jaywalking — or alleged jaywalking. It also shows how some cops react when their manhood is brought into question by those they are trying to extort. However, according to a recent lawsuit, the one abusive cop was only the tip of the iceberg for victim, Nandi Cain Jr.

As we reported previously, Nandi Cain Jr. was crossing the street when a Sacramento police officer approached him. As seen in the video, the pair exchanged some words just before the officer charged Cain and began choking and beating him. He was then arrested.

However, after he was arrested, according to a new
federal lawsuit, the 24-year-old was also placed on psychiatric hold and taken to an isolation cell of a county jail, where the officer and other employees beat him repeatedly, stripped his clothes off and made obscene comments. Cain was then left in the cell, where he spent hours without food, medical attention or a chance to make a phone call, the lawsuit says.

And people still think there are "good cops"? Cops are all garbage.
Listen to this idiot (Youngs) voice and vocabulary. This clown couldn't pass a third grade English test and he is a fucking cop. That's what your government likes for their costumed up street gang: mentally deficient bullies..

Cop Who Broke Elderly Vet’s Ribs, Caught on Video AGAIN, Attacking Innocent Grandpa

Buda, TX — For the second time in less than a year, a police officer with the Buda Police Department is being sued for excessive force and violating the civil rights of two elderly citizens. The Free Thought Project brought you the story of 73-year-old veteran Juan Martinez, who was thrown to the ground in a Buda, TX by Officer Demerriel Young in the local Walmart for questioning his authority apparently.

This time, he’s being sued for excessive use of force against a senior citizen, in his own home.

Great read on why cops should be required to carry their own personal liability insurance.

Sheriff Must Pay $100K of His Own Money for Brutality Case or Head to Debtors Court

Los Angeles, CA — As the Free Thought Project has reported extensively, police officers, even when found at fault for their abusive actions, are almost never held personally liable. It is the taxpayers who foot the bill. However, a new trend in accountability seems to be on the rise, and will be massively more effective at curbing police brutality than any system in place right now.

The most recent case of a police officer being held personally liable comes out of Los Angeles, where former Los Angeles County Sheriff Lee Baca must decide within a week whether to pay $100,000 in damages — stemming from a civil lawsuit involving an inmate abuse case — or face liens on his assets, an attorney for the inmate said Friday, according to the LA Times.

You know, we hold our military to a very high standard, and if any of these events had happened because of an enlisted person, they would have been taken to Non Judicial Punishment (NJP) at a minimum, court martial for the worst cases.

And, if the behavior was bad enough, they would be kicked out, never to serve in the Armed Forces again, because they would have a bad reenlistment code and nobody would take them.

Why is it that we allow cops to screw up so badly and nothing happens to them?

Grandma With Terminal Cancer Jailed for LEGAL THC in Her Blood, Forced to Miss Chemo

Wichita, KS — Angela Kastner has colorectal cancer and is currently undergoing chemotherapy to treat it. However, because the state is hell bent on targeting people for putting THC in their bodies, Kastner is missing her much needed chemo treatment after she was locked in a cage by Sedgwick County deputies.

Apparently, these cops felt that throwing the grandmother with terminal cancer in a state-sponsored jail cell would somehow serve society. After all, she did have THC, the dangerous psychoactive component of cannabis, in her system.

However, had these cops bothered to read any research on the subject, they should’ve let her go on her way with an apology. But that’s not what happened. Instead, police are taught to fear THC. They are fed bogus stats claiming that it is a gateway drug. They also dangerously believe that having THC in your blood somehow means you are impaired. And, especially in Kansas, cops love to kidnap, cage, or even kill you over this highly beneficial plant.

Horrifying Video Shows Multiple Cops Kick, Taser, Crush Mentally Ill Man Until He Died

Reno, NV — Surveillance footage, released to the Reno Gazette-Journal through a public records request, shows the terrifying final moments of 35-year-old Justin Thompson, a man in the midst of a mental breakdown. For 30 minutes, nearly a dozen Washoe County Sheriff’s deputies took turns kicking, tasering, insulting, and crushing the wind from Thompson — who noted multiple times that he could not breathe through the spit mask over his head.

The tragic incident began to unfold on August 3, 2016, when Thompson was arrested. His family and girlfriend reported that Thompson is bipolar and had been off his medication for some time. During the bipolar episode, Thompson, who has no previous criminal record, was arrested on charges of domestic battery.

The clearly distressed man exhibited severe signs of mental distress and was unable to be booked, so he was placed in a holding cell. For hours after being arrested, Thompson jammed his fingers into his ears. He paced, clutched his head and stuffed toilet paper into his ears. He spent hours on the floor curled up in the fetal position before peeling off his scabby skin to use his own blood to draw on the floor, walls, and camera.

Heavily armored deputies in riot gear then raided Thompson’s cell to drag him out.

WATCH: Man Owns Cop During False Arrest, Predicts Cop Will Be Fired — He Was

Chattanooga officer David Campbell was fired in February for unlawful arrest and driving recklessly while on duty. The Times Free Press took an in-depth look into Campbell’s driving habits, documenting several cases where Campbell chose to dangerously exceed the speed limits in order to arrive on the scene of calls for backup and other matters. But it’s the video of Campbell’s arrest of Hanson Melvin which caught our attention and serves as a sort of prophetic word for police officers who abuse their power to harass, intimidate, and arrest citizens unlawfully.

You know Buck, I spent 20 years in the military, and if ANY of these things had been done by a member of the armed forces, they would have IMMEDIATELY been brought up on charges, an investigation would have been done, and a trial would be held. If the member was convicted, depending on how bad the offense was, they would be given a punishment via the military courts, or kicked out.

And, if you're kicked out for bad behavior with less than an RE-1 enlistment code, you can not enlist in any other service until all the conditions you were kicked out for in the first place are corrected if they are medical. Otherwise, you will never enlist again.

I just wish that we held our police forces to the same standards that the Armed Forces are held to.
At this point, I would be happy to see them held to ANY standards.

Incompetence or a cold blooded killer? This wasn't this cops first rodeo.

Graphic Video Released Showing Cop Kill Elderly Librarian During a Police Demo

Punta Gorda, FL — She only intended to support police — whose collective, national reputation has been sullied by countless questionable killings — so, Mary Knowlton attended the Citizens Academy to try and understand the dangers of policing firsthand.

Instead, the 73-year-old retired librarian discovered too late why the pervasive fear of law enforcement in the United States is not only perfectly justified, it’s sound advice — Punta Gorda Police Officer Lee Coel fatally shot Knowlton during a demonstration for which she volunteered — because the inexcusably inept cop had loaded live instead of blank rounds in his firearm.

Released video depicts fatal struggle at Washoe jail

Justin Thompson, 35, died in August after a violent struggle with deputies that lasted more than a half hour.

Videos released by the Washoe County Sheriff's Office show in gut-wrenching detail the final hours of a Reno man with a mental illness who died after struggling against deputies who kept him pinned to the floor — his face covered with a spit hood — for more than 30 minutes.

Justin Thompson, 35, was booked into the Washoe County Jail on Aug. 3 and spent 24 hours pacing an empty holding cell in growing distress, curling in the fetal position while clutching his head, stuffing toilet paper in his ears, drawing on the walls with his own blood and climbing the metal sink to talk into the ceiling vent.

It took more than a day for jail personnel to decide Thompson needed to go to the emergency room. When he returned to the jail, the violent struggle that ultimately killed him occurred. The video shows Thompson wriggling under a crowd of deputies who kicked him, kneeled heavily on his back and applied painful arm-bar holds.

Cops Sent Warrant To Facebook To Dig Up Dirt On Woman Whose Boyfriend They Had Just Killed

Everything anyone has ever said about staying safe while interacting with the police is wrong. That citizens are told to comport themselves in complete obeisance just to avoid being beaten or shot by officers is itself bizarre -- an insane inversion of the term "public servant." But Philando Castile, who was shot five times and killed by (now former) Officer Jeronimo Yanez, played by all the rules (which look suspiciously like the same instructions given to stay "safe" during an armed robbery). It didn't matter.

Castile didn't have a criminal record -- or at least nothing on it that mattered. Otherwise, he wouldn't have been allowed to own a weapon, much less obtain a permit to conceal the gun. Castile told Yanez -- as the permit requires -- he had a concealed weapon. He tried to respond to the officer's demand for his ID, reaching into his pocket. For both of these compliant efforts, he was killed.

Bad Apple? Entire Police Unit Suspended for Covering Up Home Invasion

Troy, NY — The entire drug unit of Troy, New York’s Police Department has been placed on administrative leave following reports that the unit entered a home without a warrant.

According to the Times Union, the officers entered a home after they were tipped off by another Capital Region police agency. But then they lied about it.

Apparently, they realized they made a major mistake, but then compounded their problems by attempting to cover their tracks. They allegedly filed a false burglary report. Now, all of their cases will likely come under scrutiny by lawyers attempting to free their clients.

Some cops just gotta rape...babies. Here's one now:

Arrested Pedophile LAPD Cop, Helped Teens Steal Cars, Weapons, And Terrorize Public

According to the LA Times;

Officer Robert Cain, 31, allegedly had sex in the past month with a teenager suspected with other cadets of being involved in the recent thefts of police cruisers and other LAPD equipment, Beck said. Cain also allegedly knew of, and helped facilitate, the string of thefts that has rattled the department in recent days, Beck said.

Just when they think they are above the law...somebody nails one of them. My guess is, if this asshole were busted on his own gang turf, he would have been let go and we would have never heard a peep about it. You know, the 'thin blue line', and all.

Narcotics Cop Who Ruined Countless Lives for Weed Possession, Busted with $2 Million in Marijuana

York County, PA — A California police officer was recently busted after driving 247 pounds of marijuana all the way across the country. Yuba County Deputy Christopher M. Heath was caught in York, Pennsylvania with a shipment of marijuana that was worth over $2 million. Heath was reportedly on vacation from his job at the Yuba County Police Department at the time of his arrest.

My thoughts where this cop is concerned are influenced by my profound belief that marijuana prohibition is wrong and that cops who enforce any pot laws other than those protecting minors are either brainwashed dimwits or the equivalent of knuckle-dragging dungeon-keepers.

If this cop had never hurt anyone by enforcing the wrongful marijuana laws I would be sympathetic toward him and hope he can somehow avoid prosecution. But inasmuch as his record reveals that he'd made a lot of pot busts, which punished a lot of people for victimless "offenses," I hope they throw the book at the sonofabitch and he gets what is coming to him in prison.

I should add that an old-time NYPD detective friend of my fathers once told us that "narcs and vice cops are the scumbags of law-enforcement" -- and this guy is just one example of that.

If this cop was really "protecting and serving" instead of threatening and citing this man he would have gotten his lazy ass our of his cruiser and made sure the man was able to cross the street safely.

Cops do not "protect and serve", they escalate and agitate.

Case in point:
Had the cop who gunned down Philando Castile been protecting and serving he would have pulled Mr. Castile over, informed him of his brake lights not working and offered to follow him wherever he needed to go in order to remedy the safety issue.

Instead he demanded personal information from Castile and when Castile reached to retrieve it, he pumped five bullets into him because he was "afraid".

Had this frightened little pussy not been escalating and agitating in an attempt to generate income for his criminal masters, Philando Castile would be alive today.

If cops were actually "protecting and serving" how many of the one thousand plus that they kill every year would still be alive today? I would guess many more than half.

Video shows Jacksonville cop threatening young black man with jail after jaywalking

Jacksonville police officer J.S. Bolen addresses Devonte Shipman. (Video screen grab)

A viral video posted to Facebook last week shows a Jacksonville sheriff’s officer threatening a young black man with jail time after he crossed the street without a walk signal.

The video shows Officer J.S. Bolen detaining Devonte Shipman and threatening to take him to jail for “disobeying a direct order” and “resisting without violence” after he stopped him over for jaywalking.

The Sheriff’s Office said it is reviewing the video but that Bolen is not under investigation at the time. Bolen cited Shipman twice for failing to obey a walk signal and not having a license. Shipman’s friend was also detained, but was not cited.
