I could make a literal argument they're prostitutes considering their contraception is subsidized...
Of course it is difficult to prove intent, but they intended to have sex on the tax payers coin...
The contraception is not paid for by the tax payers, it is paid for by the insurance companies.
And since the insurance companies are not actually "paying" anything by providing contraception, but are instead saving money, there is no "payment" being made at all, but a free service being provided whether these women are actually having sex or not.
It is not "prostitution", in any case, because the insurance companies that are making the payment are not demanding the women in question have sex in return for the service they provide, they are simply providing the service to these women with no strings attached.
And again, if you want to make an argument that this is in fact a form of prostitution, then so is any childbirth that is subsidized by insurance companies, for the exact same reason.
