If not, then it is not Arizona that is attempting this but rather power company(ies) in Arizona that are trying this.

We're not talking about LA politicians just advising their private citizen constituents to boycott Arizona products. Their city council voted to bar THE CITY from conducting business with Arizona . . . all except the 25% of their power that they get from us, that is.

So what kind of plant is it? a couple natural gas peaking plants which can't carry the heavy load full time and cost 3 times as much to operate per kilowatt?
