Shooting customers really is a bad policy.

When I made my company handbook, I included a section on sickness that mentioned the company frowned on employees getting sick. Also, in the vacation section, I recommended going on vacation in the off-season (landscape co. in the north). I probably have one of the most fun employee handbooks around.
