and When the Wisconsin Legislation presumable legally passed a law that was signed into the law the government decided to halt it going into effect?Rather then having a proper trial ?

I know of no case against the healthcare legislation that is finished and complete. What are you talking about?

yeah won't be total until 2014...however over 1,014 to date are signed up for waivers, 50% are UNIONS...
