A federal judge struck down a 1951 law that gives members of the clergy tax-free housing allowances.

The judge involved, U.S. District Judge Barbara Crabb, was nominated by The Peanut Farmer and and previous rule that a Day of Prayer was unconstitutional was unconstitution was unanimously dismissed by an appeals court. Hopefully this one will be too.

I'm curious...why should clergy have tax free housing allowances and how is that a "war against religion"?
