The oil would not be for American citizens, it's not our oil. You know that right? We don't get the oil that would travel that pipeline that would be threatening our aquifers. It is our water that would be poisoned by Canada's oil, but the oil goes on the market.

But you brought up the jobs that the pipeline would bring. How many, Steph, do you know? Do you know how many permanent jobs will be created by that pipeline threatening our water supplies?

Since you have not seen the future plans for the management of the area, which means you have no idea how law enforcement will operate on the lands,

And the Right-Wing butthurt train over something as simple as a President taking land that is alread federal land and turning it into a national monument continues to chug-chug-chug along at "full speed ahead"! Those 500,000 acres are mostly uninhabitable for humans, but there is an ecosystem there for other creatures, one worth preserving.

This is the same logic that was used for turning the Grand Canyon into a national monument (park). Or, Stephanie, did you want to build a house in the Grand Canyon?

I am wondering if Righties have even the slightest idea of how silly all this bellyaching makes them look.

It wasn't the ranchers land, and Bundy's neighbors had no problem paying rent for the BLM land. You are an idiot.
Also ranchers will also still be allowed to use this land for their animals. Get a clue.
