If you watched that full video through explaining the image I posted, you would see RED areas represent areas where there would be NO resource development. By designating this area a National Park, the only commercial activity that can go on there any longer is cattle grazing.

So what? Local law enforcement needs access to that land, including being able to drive their patrol cars on it. It's a known drug corridor. Denying the police access will be a green light for drug cartels. You should be concerned because drug-related crimes will increase tremendously.
