the answer to your question is we negotiate from a position of strength we don't bow down to leaders as PC said, we don't continue to have trillion dollar deficits, we don't make NASA into some kind of social outreach program, we don't make deals with the Russians and get nothing in return, we don't block our own energy production and buy into this America is at fault global warming crap while China is building oil rigs off the Cuban coast.
