An introduction

I do not come from another message board. I have made no previous posts on any other message board. I am just too busy to spend time reading and posting.

With that out of the way. I found this site while perusing the internet, about 6 months ago.

I must say that many of the posters here are well informed and knowledgeable in the subject matter. Unfortunately, some seem to derail threads and deflect from the actual subjects. I won't find it necessary to put these individuals on ignore, as I find that they do offer insight.

I am a Democrat, who works inside of the Beltway. Not with the government. I am far from progressive and surely not a Socialist or Marxist.

I am armed and sufficiently trained in the use of these arms. This right is not up for debate. I have served my Country.

I get most of my news from internet news sources. I do not react to subjects and prefer to have all the information to make an informed decision.

I feel I know some of you from your posts. I have laughed and have to shake my head at some of the replies.

My apologies for lurking. I am more of an observer

I am looking forward to participating and have no intention of changing anyone's mind or heart.

Not a protest.

In my observation others have been accused of being... A sock. Or have been banned from other boards and have taken up residency here.

Served. I'm done. Met my obligation to our country's needs, while being afforded an opportunity to succeed.

Was not aware of him till I looked him up.

I haven't made a decision on this case.

I'll make a determination with further information.

I consider everything to be on the first floor. How could some of our more challenged find stuff otherwise?
