This Steve Marmel needs to learn about it before he puts up stupid comments like this one.

First - it will not cost the Feds any money, nor does it require congress to do anything.
Second- The NRA is funding a team to design a program to get armed security personnel on school grounds across the country.
Third - it will require certified & very qualified volunteers.
Each School district will work out their own details whether they want to pay the volunteers or not.
