Women-In-Firefighting organization holds a woman-only conference where they do a controlled burn experiment to show off how they can handle themselves and don't need men. They don't allow any men to be present as a display of female empowerment. It burns out of control and turns into a massive forest fire that's still currently burning. Media neglects to mention any of this.

As one of only a handful of female type 1 incident commanders in North America, and the only one in Parks Canada, Park works passionately to raise awareness of gender and diversity issues within the federal agency and the broader wildland fire community.

“I've had lots of candid conversations with women that are really struggling, that face misogyny, sexism, discrimination, unfortunately harassment and assault, who want to leave the service,” said Park, who has been with Parks Canada for 21 years and has been Banff’s fire and vegetation specialist since 2011.

Conspiracy Theory?

This is why all of us woman should take roids so we can compete on equal footing with you men. You whine about how weak we're, but there's a solution that is easy and simple. It doesn't mean that we have to be transmales either but simply that we have the tools to get the job done.

Excluding 50% of the population is wrong and bullcrap. The argument about strength is one that can be solved in these times.

Never underestimate how much women subconsciously assume that, when faced with stress or danger, some man will come riding in taking command and solving the problem.

I've known women who can actually do shit themselves, and know how to operate among men. But these same women will melt to worthlessness around other women, as solidarity and agreeability instincts kick in.

Here's the final lesson of post-feminism: rarely, rarely, some women CAN operate at least at the average level, in men's world. These do exist.
However, they only do so if it is a MAN's world, with male norms that they have learned and adapted to.
If women want to fight for the right for some minority of them to operate at high professional levels, that's fine, but they will have to learn what men are like, how to act like a man, and adapt to operate in that environment.

Once female traits are allowed to set norms professionally, it's over. As we have seen again and again.

It's interesting how journalism works today. They're not in business of informing the public, but in business of informing each other.
