As for Bin Ladin during the Clinton years, our president had more than enough reason and obligation to mount a serious offensive against him and to step up the covert activity against him. He failed miserably. 9/11 did not happen in one years time. It was a long progression to the point of many American's dying.

He has no idea why we chose to support Saddam in his war against Iran. He has no understanding of the documents and legalities involved with Desert Storm and he is in complete denial when it comes to anything even remotely negative about a liberal.

He assumes anytime someone mentions something negative about one of his beloved liberals that they are justifying what a republican might have done. He is not mature enough to separate the two and form reasonable opinions about both sides.

A Shameful Display

President Bush did everything he possibly could to make the transition go as smooth as possible. He, his wife and two daughters have been more than polite and gracious to the entire Obama family.

But what took place today, the childish jeering and slams thrown at he and his family by democrats and other Obama supporters was shameful and disgusting.

When you stack that on top of what took place during the election race, to Hillary, Palin and McCain, well it doesn't send a good message and I can only hope that in some way Obama can teach his klan more class.

But he was still the President and deserves respect for being the President, whether you agree with him or not.
