In the first case I sided with the FAMILY in Florida. I think it was disgraceful what the Clinton White House and Justice department did in that case.
In this case there is NO compelling reason to leave the child with a non family member. The Mother and father BOTH agree she should be with her father. There is NO US family member trying to keep her.
It really is a No Brainer, send her home to her father.
