he conveniently left out the NAZI part of the NSDAP, which is derived from the the N. his version would be Deutsche Arbeiter Sozialistische Partei. (EDIT: Sozialistische Partei der Deutschen Arbeiter would be the correct german expression)
SOZIs is the german abbreviation for Sozialisten.
I realize that. He doesn't. You're talking to a brick wall with the IQ of a tree stump, you know. Unfortunately he's not alone.
Too many in the US still fail to understand Fascism and the specific brand of Fascism that was Nazism is its own political ideology. It isn't conservatism. It isn't liberalism. It isn't socialism. It sure as hell isn't communism. The fact that a small part of the term can be split off (incorrectly) and interpreted as "socialist" doesn't make it so any more than calling a liberal a "classical liberal" makes that person a conservative.
A little knowledge would really go a long way with some of these folks.
i like seeing him squirm and strut.
what i wrote was not for him, he is beyond reason.
but i thought i'd check his incessant asking of idiotic questions by answering them.
sadly, he did not answer mine. i am so disappointed.
Give him time. He's probably still counting on his fingers trying to figure out the whole 1940 thing. That's pretty taxing when most of your time is spent having your drool bib changed, you know.
