On a federal level, it should not be up to the state, if you are found guilty of being a pedophile you should be immediately executed. No appeals, no death row, no nuthouse, no jail, just immediately executed.

I also would apply that to drug dealers, rapists, and people who knowingly, willingly and intentionally kill someone. And I would extend it to people who commit a 3rd felony.

And when someone is to be executed there is no media circus. They announce one time "soandso has been found guilty and sentenced to death" and that's it.
