See the 2nd note which said that rape is not the only crimes that are super low in numbers but also other crimes so this is not about case being unreported or other nonsense you can come up with but about who is being more civilzied. Especially other Asian countries also have super low crimes including rape crimes numbers.

And the rape numbers clearly shows Japanese guys have more respect for girls than american males.
