I was just starting to look around for a thread on this, and if not, create one myself. You saved me the trouble.

I didn't watch it but heard it in it's entirety on the Gallagher show today. What a classy guy.

I'm sure SNL was worried about their ratings; all the veterans and family of veterans in the US. It was a dumb thing to do. Crenshaw tried to put his fellow military brothers and sisters at ease by participating in a comedy sketch with Davidson. He showed the country that he can take a punch and just laugh at it, and maybe the rest of us can learn something from that.

Also credit does go out to SNL. They made a grave error, deeply apologized for it, and made amends. That's the way it should happen when somebody screws up.
