I love it when you neocon buffoons misuse a term.
Follow the thread, genius....the Senate vote CONFIRMS what the GOP voted for and why. My question stands....if YOU don't have the brains or the guts to answer honestly, then go blow smoke up some of your like minded compadres ass on this thread. Now, say something stupid or repeat your bluff and bluster, because we both know you don't have the guts to honestly answer the question.
Government policies here are discouraging companies from creating more jobs here. The solution is not to make them employ people. The solution is to lower taxes and make our country more appealing from a competitive standpoint.
I already explained that if you make companies keep their employees here then the prices of virtually everything are going to skyrocket or companies are going to go out of business. That's why it's a bad idea because in the end it won't really save the jobs anyway.
Fabian/progressive freakazoids don't care...You are to accept their delusional premises and go from there.I already said the premise of the question is asinine.
Does any corporation force you to do anything, the way government does?
You live in America, bunky? You eat? You drive a car? you wear clothes? you use tools? Either some business or corporation is responsible for supplying that for you, unless you live in the woods and make everything yourself.
Will you EVER have the guts and honesty to answer the question? Quit your stalling, cut the bullshit and ANSWER the Question!
What choice am I given as to whether gubmint regulates the food and roads, strawman breath? Why do you buy products from companies whose business practices bother you?
Why do you eat food that's regulated by a federal gov't that you can't stand? Why do you drive a car on roads maintained by taxes that you don't like paying?
We LIVE here, you asshole.....and life eventually leads us to using services and products that make that life possible.

You get off your dumb ass, get involved in local politics to CHANGE THE LAWS! If that's too much for you, leave the country or STFU.
NOW ANSWER THE QUESTION!
What is outrageously priced?
What isn't? Gasoline, Food, clothing, etc.
Now, are you going to answer the question, or just waste time and space stalling and bullshitting?
Gasoline, food and clothing are all cheaper now both in inflation adjusted terms and in terms of percentage of family income than ever before in history.
You really don't know very much, do you?
Will someone please explain to me why the hell should I vote for a political party that DEFENDS companies and corporations outsourcing jobs to foreign countries only to sell the products to me at outrageous prices....AND get a tax break to do so?
I asked a legitimate question based on the FACT that the GOP (with 4 Dems)voted against repeal of tax breaks for corporations that outsource:
Anti-outsourcing bill fails Senate test vote - MarketWatch
Democurmudgeon: Republicans Vote against Second Biggest Concern of Conservative Voters, Outsourcing. Ready for a Revolt?
And so far, all I've gotten back is a lot of childish foot stamping and some campaign BS.
I DIDN'T DO THIS, YOU DIMBULB...YOU'RE PARTY DID THIS TO YOU...YOUR CORPORATIONS DID THIS TO YOU. ANSWER THE QUESTION, IF YOU'VE GOT THE GUTS.
A Democrat majority wants cover from Republicans for not passing something?

Stop playing dumber than you are...if that's possible. The GOP voted lock step majority against repeal of the tax break for outsourcing corporations (with 4 Dems) in the Senate.
A matter of fact, a matter of history.
SO ANSWER THE QUESTION....WHY SHOULD I VOTE FOR A POLITICAL PARTY THAT PROTECTS COMPANIES AND CORPORATIONS THAT OUTSOURCE AMERICAN JOBS AND THEN WANT'S ME TO PAY FOR THE TAX BREAK FOR THEM TO DO THIS WHILE THEY TURN AROUND AND SELL ME THE PRODUCTS AT AMERICAN INFLATION RATE PRICES?
It's still a strawman and Hegelian false dichotomy.

And you're the one doing the childish foot stamping here, junior.

The reality is that if you make corporations keep workers here then they're going to either A) Increase the prices of their products/services or B) Lose lots of money. Then instead of more jobs being created, more will be lost.
The intention of the bill that didn't pass isn't the problem but it's just not the way to do it.
I can only answer the question if I accept premises that a high school debate club second-stringer would reject. It's still a strawman and Hegelian false dichotomy.I asked a legitimate question based on the FACT that the GOP (with 4 Dems)voted against repeal of tax breaks for corporations that outsource:

And all this oddball is capable of is following me around on this thread to throw out terminology that is unapplicable and that he himself does not understand.
I already put this Oddball fool in his place, because like his compadres HE CANNOT ANSWER THE QUESTION!
Great question. The answer is "that was the old GOP, the new GOP says that they will create jobs here"
IMHO the party that commits to more of the following gets my vote:
1. prohibit short-selling of stocks (companies need capital to expand)
2. prohibit derivatives and other high-risk options (end the global casino)
3. make tax breaks based on jobs created and salaries/benefits paid
4. put strict limits on total compensation to corporate execs (no $400m bonuses)
5. put the screws to any company that outsources factories/jobs
6. give tax breaks to anyone who buys US made vehicles
7. cut federal spending to the bone and roll-back new entitlements, make SS & Medicare solvent long-term.
Interesting points. The GOP has been stating the policies that benefit the investors and not the general public since Reagan's trickle down BS was introduced. To date, they've been in denial of that continuing disaster, promising that staying the course will eventually prove out.
What "benefits" the general public without investment?
I don't have a party, dumbshit.

Dreaming up false outrage, false scandal, never works. The voters aren't listening.
Quit blowing smoke, Avatar..... I asked WHY should I vote for a party that wants ME to pay for a tax break for a business that outsources jobs and then turns around and sells me the product? How is asking for AMERICAN business to provide jobs for AMERICANS "punishing" them? What is so god damned difficult about that?
You spew out "over taxation"......but the GOP INSURED A TAX BREAK FOR A COMPANY THAT IS NOT PROVIDING JOBS HERE.
You squawk "over regulation"..... but the GOP wants to protect a company that exploits the lax standards other countries have for their workers in order to sell the product of that labor at American 'rate of inflation' prices.
So why should I vote to continue this? ANSWER THE QUESTION!
