The best of them only work at best 20-something percent of the time. Doctors end up trying everything they can and arguing over a tenth of a percent of efficacy.

Something this effective is unique...so long as the double blind studies actually prove it to be so.

The highly touted invermectin is another red herring treatment just like chloroquine was. No efficacy was discovered during any of the three types of double blind studies nor does the false hope drugs have any indication of working in the fashion needed.

This drug was created to target the cytokine storm which is what kills most patients by using the body's own regulation to control them....this science makes much more sense than a vetinarian's de-worming agent.

These results demonstrate that a lower primary CD24(hi) CD27(+) CD19(+) B cells may be an immunologic aspect of new-onset SLE. CD24(hi) CD27(+) CD19(+) B cells may be a useful tool to evaluate lupus activity and monitor the response to therapy.
