But those who trust in the LORD will find new strength. They will soar high on wings like eagles. They will run and not grow weary. They will walk and not faint -- Isiah 40:31
What I find funny is that without the topic of veganism being brought into it, EVERY nutritionist will tell you to...As opposed to insane vegan industry studies????
Nice try but if you actually look into the research, there is solid scientific evidence, not just from one source but from numerous sources, over decades, long before the recent popularity of veganism. In addition to the science, it should be just common sense (to anyone who isn't blinded by extreme bias) that eating healthy, whole, plantbased GOD-created foods is healthy, not to mention more ethical and better for the environment.
1. Eliminate, as best you can, white, processed carbs like white bread, cookies, cake pie, etc
2. Americans consume WAY TOO MUCH MEAT.
3. Consume up to 13 servings of fruits and vegetables.
4. Consume 3 to 5 servings of WHOLE GRAINS.
5. Consume an ounce of nuts every day..
I can tell you from personal experience, this is a LOT of wholesome "God Food " try it and see if you have room for a meat diet.
But once you bring in the topic of veganism, SOME of these same nutritionists will pretend that this level of NATURAL food consumption is somehow a bad thing. Yet they will warn you about the dangers of meat eating (parasites, antibiotics, hormones, etc), and will tell you to focus on other foods UNTIL veganism is brought up.
You got his typical weekly diet and calories consumed? Why do people on vegan diets look so F miserable at the dinner table?
Famous vegan
Yep. Followers of Obama wouldn't understandHe's truly doing the Lord's work? This gets funnier and funnier. Can't stop laughing at that one. Thank you.

Lol. I don't even know who the hell it is...lol...I can't....Do it for me.You can look it upYou got his typical weekly diet and calories consumed?
When I got that news from the doctors, I weighed 220 lbs at 5'11". The shocking news FORCED me to clean up my diet. I was NEVER hungry, but I consumed TONS of food. The food I consumed was and is what i call "God Food." I adopted a "clean eating" lifestyle and refused to eat sugar and unnatural carbs. What I find funny is that without the topic of veganism being brought into it, EVERY nutritionist will tell you to...As opposed to insane vegan industry studies????

Yeah, I've seen that too. I think many people just think of it as extreme, I used to think that way too. It's funny, the assumptions people have before they know much about something. That is starting to change though. Personally I think the tide is turning. For example, just the other day Joe Rogan on his podcast (which is usually against veganism) had on one of the producers of The Game Changers documentary, to set the record straight after a Paleo guy tried to "debunk" it.
After the 3+ hour podcast, to a lot of people's amazement, Joe Rogan stated that Wilks "hit it out of the part" and that he addressed every objection with truth and facts. He even said that he was considering taking down the earlier podcast of the "debunking" now that he realizes it had a lot of false or misleading info. Joe Rogan is into hunting and he's an avid meat-eater, so for him to say that was pretty amazing.
Nope. But I can teach you to use google.Lol. I don't even know who the hell it is...lol...I can't....Do it for me.You can look it upYou got his typical weekly diet and calories consumed?

"And a little child shall lead them"
Admire the kid? This is perfectly innocent. Not a story. I admire the kid.
The meat industry is not fighting to stay in business. What nonsense.
You kind of took that out of context. My point was that whenever you see industry funded studies that promote meat, in response to other studies that say meat raises the risk of disease, or whatever, IN THAT SENSE it boils down to the meat industry fighting back to stay in business.
That is not to say that they don’t do good business now, but the world is changing, slowly but surely, and they want to maintain the status quo.
