The way it works is that the democrats get the lists of dead voters, then give bums a rock of crack to go to various precincts and vote under the name of the dead voters. They've been doing this for decades. They have buses set up to shuttle the "voters" to various precincts.

Voter ID puts an end to it - and that makes the left very angry.
