All is not lost, even with Trump and his minions screwing up relationships with all our allys, and disrupting international norms. Our country is stronger than one orange clown even if he does cause damage that will take a long time to fix. Obama finally fixed most of Bush's screw ups. The next president will have the chore of fixing Trump's.
