After trying world lingo translator, the same thing happens at the Novaya Gazeta website. These translators were working fine a week or so ago. The block seems to be coming from Russia.

Manipulation of the media includes manipulation of language translation machinery. It is not known just when Soros began the infiltration of the media in seven particular U.S. states, though for tracking cocaine connections, Zakharova has been on it since last year, at least linking to San Francisco and her current Argentine cocaine report.
