ILWU is still a labor union, they left the AFL-CIO because they want single-payer healthcare.

As a retired Teamster I can tell you that they left the AFL-CIO. Yes, they still belong to the ILWU - but are no longer represented by the AFL-CIO.

If they are looking for "single payer" - to hell with them.

I wonder if ILWU will join Change To Win now.
