Thankfully this shitbag won't be breaking into any more homes.
I know this must outrage liberals like Obama who favor bans on semi-automatic weapons.

A 24-year-old man who was shot after he broke into a Southeast Bexar County home Thursday morning died when he crashed his vehicle as he drove away, authorities said.

Cardell Deon Joseph of San Antonio was pronounced dead at 5:45 a.m. after his SUV landed in the front yard of a home in the 11800 block of South Foster Road.

Authorities believe Joseph broke into a house in the 11400 block of South Foster Road around 5 a.m.

Deputy Ino Badillo, a spokesman for the Bexar County Sheriff's Office, said the suspect entered the home through the back door, which was unlocked.

A man inside the home heard the ruckus and shot the suspected thief once in the ribcage with a semi-automatic weapon, according to authorities. Joseph ran out of the home without taking anything, Badillo said, and the homeowner called 911.

The suspect fled southwest on South Foster Road, but lost control of his SUV and crashed into a chain link fence, Badillo said. The SUV then rolled several times before landing on its side, he said.

The door was unlocked? With a loaded weapon in the house? That's how you get shot with your own gun.
