And Obama has reduced government --.

too stupid as always!!1

So this is what we end up with:

2008: $2.98 trillion

2009: $3.27 trillion

2010: $3.46 trillion

2011: $3.60 trillion

2012: $3.65 trillion

2013: $3.72 trillion

It's always cute to see sycophant rightwingers use nominal figures when it suits their needs, however, here in the real world, we rely on real figures.

2009 3518
2010 3416
2011 3492
2012 3369
2013 3241
2014 3386

is the liberal saying that 2.9 to 3.7 is really a reduction??

You're a Conservative, so I don't really expect you to understand anything not written in crayon ... buuuuut .... you're starting from 2008 even though our budget was still operating under the continuing resolution signed by Bush for the first half of FY2009; and you're dishonestly using nominal figures.

So ok, if you want to lie, then sure, you can make it appear like spending is up under Obama. :dunno:

so you're stuck with him and his numbers whether you like it or not.

you're the liberal here so you're stuck with them not I.
The one stuck is the demented one who thinks Bush was a Liberal.

dear I've asked you four times what he did that was conservative and you declined each time to answer. What does that teach you?
I answered it the first time you asked -- how many times do you think I should answer?

.... you're starting from 2008 even though our budget was still operating under the continuing resolution signed by Bush for the first half of FY2009;

President Bush in February, 2008 proposed a budget with just a 3% spending increase over the prior year. Fiscal year 2009 ran from October 1, 2008 until September 30, 2009. President Obama’s term began on January 20, 2009.

Recall, however, that in 2008 Congress was controlled by Democrat majorities, with Nancy Pelosi as Speaker of the House, and the restless Senator Obama already running for President, just four years removed from his glorious career as a state Senator in the Illinois legislature. As Hans Bader reported on May 26 for the Washington Examiner, the budget approved and implemented by Pelosi, Obama and the rest of the Congressional Democrat majorities provided for a 17.9 percent increase in spending for fiscal 2009!

Actually, President Obama and the Democrats were even more deeply involved in the fiscal 2009 spending explosion than that. As Bader also reports, “The Democrat Congress [in 2008], confident Obama was going to win in 2008, passed only three of fiscal 2009’s 12 appropriations bills (Defense, Military Construction and Veterans Affairs, and Homeland Security). The Democrat Congress passed the rest of them [in 2009], and [President] Obama signed them.” So Obama played a very direct role in the runaway fiscal 2009 spending explosion.

The president signed it. He's responsible. How come you Conservatives are so quick to shirk personal responsibility?

conservatives since Aristotle have been for limited govt. Our govt is now bigger than ever and our country more in decline than ever. Barry is a commie even after we all saw communism fail?

Um, right, I lost my last job I held for over twenty years because my employer couldn't afford health insurance, Hint hint, Because of obama care, I was forced to find another job that pays less with no health insurance and I have to pay 120 bucks a months for it, it's outrageous. I despise Obama, he may not be a crook, he is worse, Obama has no roots in this country and he is racially morally ambiguous. Why did you dingbats vote for this guy, remind me.

As usual, your delusions are noted. Again, using your idiocy, JFK, Bush41, Clinton, and Obama were/are more Conservative than Reagan.

LBJ7.3%
Carter5.0%
Nixon4.4%

The president signed it.

dear Clinton signed an end to welfare as we know it but not because he agreed with it! Can you imagine why?
Barring a Congressional veto override or a non-response to a bill by a president within 10 days, no legislation becomes law without the president's approval. That is how our federal government functions. Now that you know that, you should know the president is ultimately responsible for any legislation they sign into law. Now stop shirking personal responsibility.
