It looks like Obama plans to leave 10,000 U.S soldiers in Afghanistan to provide target practice for Afghan soldiers. In addition, they'll most likely be under the jurisdiction of the Afghan courts. Awesome.

Obama signed an agreement in May of this year with Karzai to keep some troops there until 2024.
The less troops that are there, the easier the targets (sitting ducks)
He threw our troops under the bus for another 12 more years.

Train Afghan troops how to kill, so that they can turn around and kill the trainers.
