Zelensky cancels planned offensive

It is what it is about all the time now. Tanks here, tanks there. It is what Ukraine wants, too.
Yeah so....because they want em is no reason to send EM. Tanks don't rule the battlefield anymore. Your dreams of blitzkrieging to Moscow are a deadly fantasy

Your optimism is unbreakable. You even ignore what Zelensky says: "Serious shortage of weapons".
He has 2-3 heavy mechanized brigades that are being equipped as we type, plus several infantry brigades with western IFV's. They will be ready when the ground is ready, maybe another month give or take.

They've always been short of weapons and ammunition. There's never enough when your cities are being bombed every day.

If they were as exhausted as you say, the RF should be able to roll right over them. It ain't happening. The AFU is reinforcing just enough to stabilize the front lines, and holding the rest back.

Lol, man. Ukraine war is WWII warfare. You don´t need tanks to bomb the desert in Iraq. But in Ukraine, you need tanks. The Russians need tanks and the Ukrainians need tanks.

I think, you misunderstand what this thread is about. It is not about what I say but what Zelensky says. You are contradicting Zelensky, not me. If it is about the mud period, why Zelensky says it is about "serious weapons shortage"?

So then you know you lied. Who blocks that site?
No lies other than the ones coming from the Russian MoD...

You tell me who blocks the site...

"Great Britain has officially announced that it will transfer shells with depleted uranium to Ukraine. Depleted uranium munitions were also used in the bombing of Yugoslavia and during the invasion of Iraq, resulting in environmental pollution and, in the long run, a significant increase in neoplastic diseases.

The Pentagon has questioned the success of the Ukrainian military in the conflict with Russia. “It is unlikely that the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) in 2023 will be able to oust the Russian forces from the territories that the Kiev leadership considers its own”; this opinion was expressed by the Chief of Staff of the US military, General Mark Milley, writes Politico. Milley believes that Kiev will not be able to achieve its goals by military means and representatives of the Kiev authorities have refused to agree to a diplomatic solution to the conflict."

How is UKraine going to do any better than Russian tanks? What makes you think they wont suffer the same fate? How long does it take to develop an army that knows how to implement combined arms tactics.......rube...shill......

You have no artillery and no shells for him. Sold out. Few tanks will also be no game changer.
Of course they have artillery and ammo, just not enough. They certainly have artillery, in some cases superior to what the Russians have and the US has contracted with defense companies to provide more ammo and Europe is building factories to provide ammo for Ukraine. While Russia is burning through its Cold War stockpiles of ammo, the West is developing new sources for Ukraine to go forward with.

This is a complete misrepresentation of what Milley said. Plus it was 4 months ago, and the White House walked back on those comments the next day., saying it would be up to Ukraine wrt negotiations. Milley never stated that Kiev refused a diplomatic solution.

Did I say that they won´t suffer the same fate? They will. Ukraine would need many hundreds of tanks, maybe more to make them count on the battlefield. But Zelensky´s "allies" are psychopaths who change their mind again and again. They give him the least possible. And it all dribbles in, unlike a big package that would mean something. Read the Japanese article, he spent most of the 58 minutes of the interview to ask for Japanese support, did not even drink something. He is always begging for military and economic help but those who encouraged him to mess with Russia have only nice words and no tanks.

After a year of war, you should be able to train soldiers the best way. You no longer need theoretical knowledge.

When has Zelensky ever said anything else?

Answer: never
This one is different. He cancelled the offensive. I can translate it for you:
"Uncle Sam, you want me to make that assault, give the weapons before, not thereafter. And give enough."
He even threatened with something unforeseen if no tanks would be promised this year, you remember?

Ref:
""We will continue to try to impress upon them that we can't do anything and everything forever," said the official, referring to conversations the administration's staffers have had with Ukraine's leaders. The official was granted anonymity by The Post to talk about sensitive foreign policy matters."

"Speaking to The Post anonymously, several administration officials also said they have told Ukraine's government that now — while the US and other allies are still sending economic and military aid — is Ukraine's best chance to launch a full offensive against Russia, to try to turn the tide of the war."

Read the fucking articles of the topics that you debate! Zelensky still refuses to negotiate.
