You're welcome!

Newsflash

Someone is going to get elected.

It’s possible that they are equally bad but not likely.

And Trump is uniquely bad. We’ve seen that
With presidential elections the problem is the aberration that is the Imperial Presidency.

It was the original intent of the Framers that the presidency be an unimportant and passive office – co-equal with the other two branches of government, but where the president would be a neutral administrator only enforcing the laws passed by Congress reflecting the will of the people.

In essence, as originally intended by the Framers, whomever was president really shouldn’t matter.

The disaster that is the Imperial Presidency and our failure to remain faithful to the Framers’ original intent is why the nation was afflicted with the likes of Trump.

Bodily sovereignty should be a Constitutional right. But the Constitution is failing under the strain of ambitious politicians. So, yeah, it should be up to the states. At least that gives some hope for individual rights (at the state level, if not the federal).

Would support a federal abortion ban?
Rest of the world compromised. We havnt. Id return almost all power to the States as intended by the founders?

Third party candidates rarely cause any trouble whatsoever - UNLESS - they become popular.
Then they create a big problem.

which is why the duopoly has done all in its power to divide the nation as much as possible to keep the people from ever uniting behind a 3rd party candidate again

Every now and then you get it right, C!

And if he didn't have a good chance, who would you have voted for?

he is either lying about where he lives or he is lying about where he votes.

Just this week he said he lives in south orange county.

If one is ignorant of how our election system works I can see how they would come to this conclusion.

In the end, your vote for Trump accounted for exactly the same amount of EC votes for him as did my vote for Jorgensen....zero.
In general, perhaps.

Specifically, a vote for Nader in 2000 in Florida was a vote for Bush – assuming that Nader voters would have voted for Gore if Nader hadn’t been on the ballot.

Nader received 97,488 votes; Bush won by 537 votes – absent Nader, Gore clearly would have won.
