The increased "viral load" is merely an indicator of the enhanced transmissibility of the virus, NOT an indicator of a higher morbidity/mortality rate. It's kind of what viruses DO. They mutate so as to become more easily taken on by new hosts. They rarely become MORE lethal because if they did, they'd die out quicker.

I'd be interested to look at ANY evidence that C-19 or one of its iterations has become more deadly. There is no doubt and there never has been, that this novel coronavirus can be deadly to certain populations. Thankfully, they are few in number and the newer iterations aren't showing evidence of changing that pattern. Having people like yourself hoping to see mass death amongst people you disagree with politically/online is beyond evil. It's absolutely ghoulish.
