Apparently during the last round of negotiations Iran bragged that they have enough nuclear material to make 11 warheads and that they will not cooperate. So what would you have? even all of congress had determined Iran should never get a nuclear weapon..... but... when it comes to actually doing something about it, they want no part of it.
