Your guide to manmade climate disasters in the world today

In just four days this week, six major volcanoes around the world erupted or suddenly became active. This included the eruption of Haili Gubbi in Ethiopia, the first in approximately 12,000 years.

And what in the hell does that have to do with the topic?

Or are you one of those that is trying to claim that man made climate change is causing volcanos?

2000 dead in southern asia. Luckily none of them are white. In fact they are different types of chink and there are plenty of them to go round .
It just goes to prove that trump is right.
There is a huge benefit in having a world class meteoro;ogist sitting in the white house ruins.

If only we built a few more windmills, they'd still be alive today.

I will update this thread most days as the earh dies screaming.
Lets start in Espana.

Scientists say extreme weather such as heatwaves and storms is becoming more intense as a result of the climate crisis.

51 dead in a sun parched area of Spain. Nothing to see here. Floods have become common place in Spain over the last few years. They are going to have to work out how to live with the results of climate breakdown,

A major worry is that this area provides much of our food. At the very least floods caused by climate change are inflationary. At worst 50 people die.
The sun creates climate not people. NO one cares anymore abut climate change BS. Renewable energy is dead.

I would never say "dead", because a significant number of people around the US and around the world get power from renewable energy.

And it's also a form of renewable energy that the "Greenies" absolutely despise, hydroelectric.

Hydro is a form of renewable energy that is well over a century old, and is very efficient. Because not only can it generate a huge amount of power, it also operates as flood control and sequestering water during the rainy season for use in the dry seasons. Yet, for some reason the "Climate Warriors" actually hate it and demand that it be dismantled.

Of course, none of them can get the huge amounts of money they are given by the Solar and Wind industries for pushing their solutions, so there is no interest there. But that is unquestionably "Renewable Energy", and it produces a hell of a lot of it. Just 4 dams in Washington alone pump out over 13 gigawatts of power. Almost half of that from a single dam, Grand Coulee at 6.8 gigawatts.

To put that in comparison, the largest operational solar plant in the US pumps out around 500 megawatts in the best conditions. Grand Coulee can produce power 24-7-365, Solar Star can only do that on the warmest of clear days. Not very well in the early mornings even on a clear day because the corrosive and toxic molten salts have to be warmed up first, then for a few hours in the evening after the sun sets as the molten salts cool. That one hydro plant has been pumping out more than a dozen times the power of the largest operational solar plant in the nation, and has been doing so for over eight decades.

Renewable like solar and wind do have a purpose, but not as a real "primary source". But as a gap source of power, when demand is high and the conditions are right.

Spain compared to area of USA states

Spain's size is comparable to several U.S. states. For instance, Spain is about 19 times smaller than the United States, which covers 3,809,525 square miles (9,147,420 square kilometers). In terms of land area, Spain has an area of approximately 505,990 square kilometers (195,360 square miles), while Texas is slightly larger at approximately 695,662 square kilometers (268,596 square miles). California, on the other hand, is about 1.2 times larger than Spain. Spain's population density is higher, with about 49 million people, compared to the U.S. population of about 333 million.

for purposes of Earth climate change over 100 year or 1 million year period, the Sun is a "constant."

The Sun did not melt North America and freeze Greenland at the same time over the past million years. Tectonic plate movement did.

So is "Global Warming" causing more floods or more droughts or both???

the tilt of the axis did and there is evidence a meteor caused the ice age to melt. Humans dont create climate and CO2 doesnt make it warmer

Changes in ocean currents is what is responsible for abrupt glaciation and deglaciation. Lots of papers on this subject.

OK, you are an intelligent person.

Read this OP and understand the true definition of ice age.

Once you understand that Greenland and Antarctica are ice ages, which are continent specific, you understand what controls the amount of ice on Earth, the position of land near the poles.

The amount of ice on Earth dictates Earth climate

temperature
ocean levels
humidity
level of cane activity
surface air pressure/atmospheric thickness

They can't refute one word of any of that.

It is called

WATER CAUSES ICE theory

and it has a slight problem

WATER IS TOO WARM TO CAUSE ICE

No. It's called themohaline circulation.

How does water cause ice when it is too warm to do that...???

This "Theory" would be rejected by a classroom of third graders...
