I did not watched many horror movies only very few
But i remember one fifteen years ago in movie theatres
I dont remember the name but a female paranormal scientist gets invited to a small american town to investigate the strange occurance of biblical plagues
Only at the end of the movie you learn that the whole village is a satanic murder cult and the plagues are not the evil but the villagers are evil
The whole village gets exterminated by God himself

Really great movie but it left me scared to the bones

Funny...I can't think of any.

I do like those old B&W jawns tho.

Update: The Abminable Dr Phibes (1971)

Doctor, scientist, organist, and biblical scholar Anton Phibes seeks revenge on the nine doctors he considers responsible for the death of his wife.

You like horror movies!? I wouldn't even have guessed lol the ones that keep jumping out at me as being some of my favorite I don't think that you would like though. Carrie is a definite favorite of mine, The Exorcist, Child's Play series, but I'm almost certain that you wouldn't like the Terrifier series as they're extremely gory.

Those are the only movies I really like with the gore though because they have a plotline to go along with it instead of the gore being the only part of it. Then the actor who plays Art the Clown is nothing like his character as he's just a big sweetheart in real life. 😊

^^^ I actually have not seen many, but of the ones that I have watched, Come Back To me is my favorite because I love Matt Passmore.

God bless you and him always!!!

P.S. The Others, Sometimes They Come Back, The Sixth Sense, and Army Of One are the other horror films that I have seen. Army Of One is another film that Matt did, but to me, it wasn't as good because his character gets killed really early in the film and he was my reason for watching the film in the first place.

My favorites are Alien (the first one), The Shining (with Jack Nicholson) and Aliens, the sequel to Alien.

Alien and Aliens. That's as creative as they got? Alien part three: Even More Aliens. Alien Part Four Crossover: Somebody Should Just Call The Men In Black Already Or The Writer For More Ideas. 😑
