I liked the candy necklaces, candy cigarettes and wax bottles. The bottles had a tasty drink inside then you could chew the bottle forever. The candy cigarettes you could blow through them and they'd make a puff of "smoke." Then you ate them.

I remember when fruit rollups were called "fruit leather" and only found in all natural hippy stores.

And it was SO much better than the garbage they sell now.

Most of the candies were great. Only the difference of an individual's taste. A couple more are Goldenberg's Peanut Chews and Boyer's Mallo cups.

Most of my students hate candy corn, but most of my coworkers love them.

This grocery I patronize had a zillion bags of candy corn after halloween. They could not get rid of them, even at 75% off. Finally, they just gave them away. Oh I cleaned up.

I only eat candy occasionally. As a treat. I would buy Heath Bars once in a while. I loves toffee. But I have not seen them for a long while. Just like many other products.
